This isn't just a session here and there. You get the full coaching experience: a customized training program, weekly check ins, nutrition guidance, and direct access to me between sessions. Every decision I make for your plan is informed by your data, your progress, and your goals.
When you want that hands on experience, add on in person sessions at a flat rate of $50 each. No packages, no long term session commitments. You book when it makes sense for you, and every session builds on the programming and strategy we're already running together.
I moved to this model because the best results don't come from an hour in the gym once a week. They come from consistent coaching that follows you everywhere. The in person sessions become more powerful when they're backed by a real plan and real accountability.
